  • Is it possible to exchange or return an item ordered for delivery to the store?
    A product delivered by courier cannot be returned to our stores at this time. We are working to offer you this service as soon as possible.
  • How to make a return ?
    ORDER DELIVERYWe take back any unworn item, returned in its original condition and packaging and still bearing its label.1) Go to your customer account in the my orders section and click on return2) Select the products to be returned, indicating the reason for the return, then validate your return by clicking on "send the return request"3) Pack and seal your package carefully, using an appropriately sized sturdy box or padded bag to protect the contents.4) Tape all butt seams and avoid using twine, overwrapping paper, masking or tape.5) Affix the return label neatly to your package ensuring that none of the label details are covered.Our logistics partner must scan the barcode on the return label in order to process your return, so please stick the label on the OUTSIDE of the package. Do not obstruct or obscure the label.Be sure to remove or hide old addresses or shipping labels.Send the package to the address listed on the return form.⚠ Be sure to follow the instructions above, otherwise the refund period may be extended.Return costs are your responsibility.You can make the return by the carrier of your choice, you pay the return costs directly to your carrier.C&C COMMANDStores only take back items in perfect condition.You can return an item purchased in Click & Collect in our store where you made the withdrawal, we remind you that you have 14 days to change your mind.All you have to do is go to our Comsi Comsa checkout with your item and your purchase invoice.
  • What are the costs and delivery times?
    The shipping cost is €4.50 for orders under €30 and €7.50 for orders between €30.01 and €49.99. From 50€ of purchases, we offer you the shipping costs in metropolitan France. In any case, the amount of the delivery costs is indicated to the customer before the validation of the order. Delivery times are 3 to 5 days and may vary depending on the availability of the products ordered. The times mentioned are given as an indication. This is the average time noted by our carriers. The shipping date mentioned in your order must be added to this period.
  • Can I have my order delivered to the store?
    Delivery to store is not available. We only offer a collection service (Click & Collect) of your products in store depending on the available stocks of this one. Products not eligible for Click & Collect: Alcohol and smoking products
